Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Staff I to maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, and dining areas, and to operate the mechanical dishwasher in a remote hospitality environment.

The role requires a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation (per manager), 6+ months of dishwashing experience, English communication, and preferred food safety certification; benefits include housing, health coverage, and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• 6+ months dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively, in English.
• Valid food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, equipment, and dining/kitchen areas.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for manual dishwashing.
• Restock coolers and displays; provide world-class customer service.
