Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking Kitchen Staff II to maintain dishware and kitchen cleanliness, support cold station prep, and assist in hot meal prep in a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. This role emphasizes a safety culture, HACCP adherence, and world-class service in remote or challenging environments.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years of dishwashing experience, ability to communicate in English, and preferred food safety or first aid certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, in English.
• Valid food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check and urinalysis.
• Must provide your own transportation to and from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, dishware, cookware, utensils, and equipment.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for dishwashing procedures.
• Assist in salad bar, sandwich stations, and hot meal prep.
• Restock coolers and displays and ensure proper sanitation.
