Job summary

Target Hospitality is hiring a Kitchen Staff II to maintain dishwashing duties, prep salad/sandwich stations, and support hot meal prep in a remote-hospitality setting. You will follow HACCP guidelines, keep dining and kitchen areas spotless, and assist with restocking and safety compliance.

The position requires English communication, at least 1 year of dishwashing experience, and willingness to work a 6 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation; benefits include housing and meals on rotation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dishwashing experience, preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check and urinalysis.
• Must provide own transportation to the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service areas, dishes, cookware and equipment.
• Coordinate and assist in salad bar and sandwich station prep.
• Wash and slice vegetables and deli meats; assist hot meal prep.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation SOPs; sanitize work areas.
• Operate the mechanical dishwasher and ensure cleaners are replenished.
• Restock coolers and displays; uphold safety and guest service standards.
