Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking Kitchen Staff III to support chefs, maintain dining room service stations, and ensure food safety and cleanliness. The role involves working a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, with duties across food prep, stocking, and equipment operation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years dishwashing experience, strong English communication, and a food safety certification. The position requires flexibility to travel to remote camps and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dishwashing experience, preferably in remote camps or hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• First aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture and follow SOPs, JSAs, and Target Hospitality policies.
• Serve all foods in compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Proper food storage, rotation, and discarding of expired items per HACCP and FIFO.
