1 Hotel Austin, L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated Steward to keep kitchen work areas and equipment clean and orderly, supporting chefs and the broader culinary team. You will operate commercial dishwashing gear, sanitize surfaces, and help with basic meal prep and inventory control.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable English communication. Flexibility with shifts, including holidays, is expected to support the hotel’s service standards.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware according to standards.
• Sanitize all kitchen surfaces and equipment per health regulations and FIFO inventory.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep and stocking of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, walk-ins, and food prep zones.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow food safety policies and wear required PPE.
