Starwood Hotels seeks a dedicated Steward to uphold kitchen cleanliness and safety at our Austin property. You will maintain dishwashing areas, assist chefs, and support the kitchen during peak service.

This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and teamwork. You must follow food safety standards, rotate stock using FIFO, and keep equipment, surfaces, and floors spotless throughout shifts. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Sanitize all kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and food preparation areas according to health department standards.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring proper chemical levels and temperatures
