Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing machines, ensuring proper chemical levels and temperatures.
• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and notify management of supply needs.
