Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or hotel stewarding environment preferred.
• Ability to follow sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and assist cooks and servers as needed.
• Collect and remove trash following established procedures.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain safe handling of chemicals and equipment in accordance with SDS.
