Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen areas, supporting cooks and servers to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, keeping floors and equipment spotless, following sanitation guidelines, and contributing to a safe, efficient hospitality operation at our Bee Cave, TX property.

Competenze

• Experience in a kitchen or hotel stewarding environment preferred.
• Ability to follow sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Mansioni

• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and assist cooks and servers as needed.
• Collect and remove trash following established procedures.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain safe handling of chemicals and equipment in accordance with SDS.
