Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment according to health standards.
• Clean dishwashing machines and maintain proper chemical levels.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep such as washing, peeling, and chopping.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies and inventory using FIFO.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and walk-in coolers.
