Job summary

Cotton Court in Texas seeks a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food prep areas, supporting a safe and sanitary environment for the hotel’s food and beverage operations.

The role reports to the Executive Chef and involves cleaning equipment, dishwashing, stock assistance, and helping train new stewards while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies.
• Support kitchen staff and train new stewards as needed.
