Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing machines and storage areas.
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks such as washing and chopping vegetables.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Transport items between storage, prep areas and stations.
• Rotate stock using FIFO principles and monitor inventory levels.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Ensure proper labeling and dating of stored food items.
• Follow all food safety regulations and hotel policies.
