Starwood Hotels in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Steward to maintain kitchen work areas and ensure sparkling cleanliness of utensils, glassware, and equipment.

You will operate dishwashing equipment, sanitize surfaces, assist chefs, stock supplies, rotate stock, and help with food prep while adhering to health and safety standards. Strong English communication and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Flexible schedules including holidays are part of the role.

Responsabilités

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Sanitize all kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and food preparation areas per health standards.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies, ingredients and equipment; rotate stock using FIFO principles.
