The role includes managing setup and takedown of select kitchen and outlet areas and supporting a smooth back-of-house operation. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with hotel staff to ensure teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all food and beverage outlets, kitchen, and equipment.
• Assist in setup and takedown of kitchen and outlet areas.
• Ensure floors and work surfaces are clean daily.
• Monitor supplies and ensure kitchen and restaurant have needed utensils.
• Support maintenance and repairs as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
