Limelight Hotels in Mammoth Lakes is seeking a Steward to clean and store flatware, silverware, and kitchen items while supporting food preparation as needed. The role reports to the Executive Chef and requires adherence to food-safety and cleanliness standards.

Your duties include dishwashing, equipment care, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment to ensure smooth service. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and operate dish machine safely.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; assist with shift cleaning.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries.
• Clean kitchen walls, floors, and loading docks.
