Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in development and implementation of hotel strategies aligned with brand mission and values.
• Maintains supplies and equipment for cafeteria and Food and Beverage Department.
• Ensures proper cleaning of floors and work surfaces daily.
• Monitors supply of clean dishware, glassware, pots and pans.
• Takes steps to ensure kitchen and outlet areas have needed supplies.
• Reports problems to maintenance for repair and supports guest satisfaction.
