Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group in Provo is seeking a reliable hotel dishwasher to keep the kitchen and back-of-house clean and organized. You will wash wares by hand or using machines and help maintain sanitation standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to follow directions, and teamwork with kitchen staff. Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a pay rate of 15–16.50 USD per hour.

• Ability to remain alert and focused in a noisy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
