You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining serviceware, assisting in kitchen preparation, and ensuring a clean work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to a friendly team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.

Responsabilités

• Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silver.
• Segregate and remove trash into designated containers.
• Sweep and mop floors; wash worktables, walls, and refrigerators.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
