Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure the kitchen and back-of-house remain clean and sanitized. The role supports operational flow in a busy hotel environment, with duties spanning ware washing, storage, and station stocking.

Provo Marriott Hotel availability is noted; candidates should be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 60 pounds as needed. Adherence to health and sanitation guidelines is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or dishwashers.
• Stores clean equipment, dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other areas with dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies from storage to work area safely.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing foods as directed.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work area following health and sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
