Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with basic food prep as needed.

In this role you will operate dishwashing machines, follow health and safety standards, and support kitchen staff during busy periods and events. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus
• Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high‑pressure environment
• Teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines
• Keep dishwashing, kitchen, and trash disposal areas clean
• Organize and store cleaned items properly
• Assist with food prep and unloading kitchen deliveries
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
• Support kitchen staff during peak times and special events
