Food Hall Co. is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep service ware, pots and pans clean and available for the kitchen and dining areas. You will ensure a smooth flow of dishes, assist in maintaining a tidy work environment, and support the kitchen team throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must stand for long periods during shifts.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Maintain Food Handler's Certification and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide smooth flow of clean service ware, pots and pans to kitchen and restaurant.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Set up and break down dishwashing machine and station.
• Wash tableware, silverware, pots and pans promptly and orderly.
• Keep machine landing area, stainless steel, and floors clean and dry.
• Monitor water temperatures and chemical levels in the dishwashing system.
• Ensure all items are clean; rewash as needed.
• Properly store all clean china, glassware, silverware, and small wares.
• Maintain walk-in, dry storage, and freezer areas clean and organized.
• Follow health and safety regulations; maintain current Food Handler's Certification.
• Arrive on time, wear proper uniform, and work as part of the team.
• Operate and use kitchen equipment safely; report issues to supervisor.
