Sonesta is seeking a dedicated Steward to join the culinary team. You will clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils, and maintain kitchen cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to support the cafeteria and kitchen operations. A hospitality mindset and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine; clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils.
• Store all clean wares properly to minimize breakage.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and food prep areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and other areas as assigned.
• Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Assist with Employee Cafeteria service as directed by Chef.
