You will support the dishwashing area, assist in keeping back‑of‑house spaces clean, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in a fast‑paced hotel kitchen. Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work well with team members under supervision of

Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Report maintenance needs to the Sous Chef.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper operation and sanitation of the dish machine and walk‑in areas.
• Assist with other cleaning and kitchen maintenance tasks as assigned.
