The role involves maintaining a clean, organized back-of-house and following safety procedures.

The position requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance.

• Ability to work in temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
• Operate dish machine and ensure proper temperatures and cleaning.
• Assist in cleaning, stocking and organizing back-of-house spaces.
• Follow policies and procedures and report maintenance needs.
• Cooperate with culinary and engineering teams as required.
• Work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance.
• Support other duties as assigned by management.
