Qualifications

• Basic understanding of ware washing and sanitation equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Clean ovens, burner tops, broilers and grills using appropriate chemicals.
• Deep clean equipment as needed.
• Wash and stock china, silverware, glassware, pots and pans.
• Maintain clean floors, walls and drains in kitchen areas.
• Communicate tasks with Steward Supervisors and executives.
