Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a dedicated Steward to ensure the safety and sanitation of all Food and Beverage areas.

The role involves washing and stocking china, silverware, glassware, and kitchen equipment, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and complying with MSDS and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include loading/unloading dishwashing equipment, maintaining organization, and supporting cooks to keep the kitchen running smoothly during service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required unless waived by HR.
• Basic understanding of ware washing and sanitation equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Wash and stock all china, silver, glassware, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment.
• Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning throughout the shift.
• Keep floors, walls, and drains in dishwashing areas clean and dry.
• Communicate tasks with Steward Supervisors and Executive Steward.
• Replenish areas with silverware, glassware and plates as required.
• Follow health, safety and customer service policies as established.
