Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain sanitation and order in the kitchen and related areas. The role involves cleaning and preparing operation for safe food service, assisting in various kitchen production tasks, and supporting banquet events as required.

Ideal candidates will hold a Sanitation / Food Handlers certificate and be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work under safety guidelines while delivering consistent service in a busy resort

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Assist in all areas of kitchen production as assigned.
• Prepare and distribute food and related materials as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with banquet plating operations and event setup as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times.
