Job summary

Kings Casino Management Corp. is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain a clean dining and kitchen area in a busy casino environment in California.

You will support the food and beverage team, ensure dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, dried, and stored, and help maintain inventory and sanitation standards throughout the shift. This role requires attentiveness to safety guidelines, ability to work with a team, and flexibility to assist in other kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines.
• Basic math and counting for inventory and stacking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and dishwashing area.
• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher; wash pots, pans, and dishes manually as needed.
• Keep kitchen pots, pans, and dishes stocked and organized for the team.
• Follow California health & safety guidelines and report hazards to management.
• Assist food and beverage staff with cleaning and maintenance as needed.
