Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Kitchen Steward to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen per Department of Health and OSHA regulations. You will train team members, monitor ware washing, and assist in daily staffing and scheduling while upholding Station Casinos’ standards.

Your role includes enforcing hygiene, safety protocols, and proper chemical usage. Candidates should have experience in high-volume dining environments and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members; set daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Oversee ware washing, sanitation and cleanliness per health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Station Casinos policies and procedures.
• Provide training on chemical usage and proper ware washing techniques.
• Maintain records and preparation of performance and attendance data.
