Job summary

The San Pablo Lytton Casino of the Lytton Rancheria is seeking a Steward/Kitchen Attendant to maintain sanitary dishwashing areas and assist Sous Chefs with kitchen duties in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishware, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, stocking supplies, and helping team members while following health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate supplies and equipment needed to service restaurant kitchen and casino.
• Ability to operate dishwasher and other cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of proper usage of all cleaning chemicals according to standards.

Responsibilities
