• Lead shifts in the kitchen and ensure consistent and high-level BOH operations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach and develop team members during shifts.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in food preparation.
• Assist with inventory, prep planning, and waste control.
• Communicate with FOH to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Help train new team members and reinforce procedures.
