Responsibilities

• Trains team members to meet quality standards.
• Ensures accurate weights and measurements for all items.
• Maintains pace to meet speed of service guidelines.
• Keeps workstations clean at all times.
• Manages breaks for the shift.
• Performs tasks as needed to support operations.
• Provides direction and feedback to employees.
• Communicates performance and policy violations to management.
• Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures.
