Job summary

goop kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead in Los Angeles to supervise and coach a fast-paced kitchen team. You will ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish, while upholding top food-safety standards and sanitation.

You will master recipes across stations, train teammates, and support ordering and inventory to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced environments.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff during shifts.
