Job summary

DoorDash DashMart Kitchens in Morrow, GA seeks a Kitchen Shift Lead to oversee shift-level kitchen execution in a shared DashMart facility. You will lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, order accuracy, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in food service, kitchen operations, or grocery leadership.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food Handler’s Certification required or willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts and ensure strong execution of food prep standards, cleanliness, safety, and inventory practices.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time, meeting quality and safety standards before handoff.
• Lead and delegate tasks to Kitchen Operations Associates, serving as escalation point for operational challenges.
• Coach team on food safety and execution standards while modeling professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with DashMart Shift Leads and Site Leadership to align kitchen and warehouse operations.
• Support facility standards and contribute ideas to improve workflows and site performance.
• Foster a collaborative “One Team” environment.
