Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart Kitchens is seeking a motivated Kitchen Shift Lead to oversee shift-level kitchen execution in a shared DashMart facility. You will lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and on-time order fulfillment.

You will coach and delegate, partner with DashMart site leadership, and contribute to workflow improvements. A high school diploma or GED and Food Handler’s Certification are valued; the role offers competitive pay
