Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead for DashMart Kitchens (DMK) to manage shift-level kitchen execution within a shared facility. You will lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and inventory practices while driving operational excellence.

You will collaborate with DashMart site leadership and shift leads to align kitchen and warehouse workflows, mentor team members on food safety, and contribute ideas for improving efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, kitchen operations, or grocery leadership.
• Ability to lead from the front and manage shift-level execution.
• Strong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts and ensure accurate, on-time, quality food prep.
• Lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators during your shift.
