DashMart Kitchens is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to take frontline responsibility for kitchen execution within a shared DashMart facility. You will lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, order accuracy, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in food service or kitchen ops.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED; Food Handler’s Certification.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Experience leading shifts in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts, ensuring strong execution of food prep standards, cleanliness, safety, and inventory practices (FIFO and equipment care).
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately, on time, and meet quality standards before handoff.
• Lead and delegate tasks to Kitchen Operations Associates, serving as the primary escalation point for kitchen operational challenges.
• Coach team members on food safety, cleanliness, and execution standards with professionalism and urgency.
• Partner with DashMart Shift Leads and Site Leadership to align kitchen and warehouse operations.
