Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel in Eagle Pass, Texas is seeking a seasoned kitchen professional to assist the Sous Chef across all food production, sanitation, and the organization of the casino's culinary operations.

You will supervise cooks, monitor inventory and costs, ensure recipes and standards are followed, and help train staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and guest‑focused dining environment.

Competenze

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of four (4) years progressive experience in hotel, resort, casino or high-volume restaurant.
• Culinary Degree, preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and oral.

Mansioni

• Assist Sous Chef in all areas of food production and sanitation.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of team members, plan and assign work, train staff.
• Ensure recipes meet specifications and standards; monitor cost containment and inventory.
• Prepare dishes for special events and maintain high quality and presentation.
• Maintain sanitary, safe kitchen environment and comply with regulations.
