You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure quality, lead by example, and help maintain safety, equipment, and adherence to recipes and portioning; prior leadership and ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year proven experience as a lead or supervisor in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Deep knowledge of clean eating principles and allergen-friendly cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational skills to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to sustainability, ingredient integrity, and high cleanliness standards.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff and lead daily operations.
