We are seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to extend management, coach the team in real time, and ensure top-quality plates. You will uphold standards and lead by example in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1+ year of experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• ServSafe certification (or equivalent food safety certification)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and lead kitchen staff, setting the tone for a positive and accountable shift
• Own the quality, consistency, and presentation of every dish that leaves the kitchen
• Master recipes and techniques across stations to train and support the team
• Assist with ordering, invoices, and inventory to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift
