Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and long hours required.
• Heavy work; ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with hotel standards.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean china, glassware, and silver.
• Return cleaned items to storage with care to prevent breakage.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all kitchen and F&B areas.
• Stock dispensers with paper, soap and sanitizer.
• Sweep, mop, and keep kitchen areas organized.
• Follow safety rules and procedures; participate in trainings.
• Support loss prevention guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
