Responsibilities include prep work, maintaining safety and sanitation, inventory support, and cross-training across roles to support team growth. Health benefits and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Food Handler certification required or obtained at applicant expense.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic work setting with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients per recipes and kitchen needs.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and proper food storage.
• Assist chefs with measuring and mixing ingredients and other prep tasks.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory and labeling; notify manager of low stock.
• Perform daily and deep cleaning in the kitchen.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and proper storage.
