Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a food production facility or fast-paced restaurant.
• Local Food Handler certification required or obtained at applicant's expense.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time management, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation per health regulations.
• Collaborate with BOH for smooth operations; assist with deliveries.
• Willing to cross-train across roles to grow responsibilities.
