Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a food production facility or fast-paced restaurant.
• Local/municipal requirements such as Food Handler certification
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Must be familiar with the measurement system
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
