Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a food production facility or fast-paced restaurant.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients per recipes and kitchen needs.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and proper ingredient storage.
• Assist chefs with measuring, mixing, and other prep tasks.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and operate equipment safely.
• Assist inventory control and stock low items with proper labeling.
• Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen.
• Support with receiving deliveries and proper storage.
• Cross-train across roles to support team growth.
