Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is hiring for a kitchen role involving breakfast and/or lunch preparation, serving line duties, and occasional catering. You will work across the kitchen, assist with menu execution, and maintain cleanliness and food safety practices.

Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, tracking temperatures, preparing baked goods, and assisting with ordering and inventory. The role requires adherence to safety rules and participation in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes, and batch-cook as needed.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; clean kitchen and cafeteria spaces.
• Assist in administrative tasks including cash handling and time reporting.
