Margaritaville and Landshark in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring profitability, quality, and exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise Sous Chefs and cooks, develop menus, manage inventory, and enforce safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and the ability to coordinate with other departments for events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in a high volume food and beverage environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple levels of culinary workers.
• Ability to forecast labor cost and manage kitchen budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure profitability and standards.
• Develop menus and oversee inventory, par levels, and ordering.
• Lead, hire, train, and develop Sous Chefs and line cooks.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Coordinate with department heads for catering/banquet events.
