Job summary

Margaritaville Nashville is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all facets of restaurant operations, ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and staff development.

You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage budgets, implement brand standards, and drive sales growth while maintaining safety and quality in a high-volume environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in a high volume Food and Beverage experience in supervisory capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
• Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent judgment and decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assumes duties of the General Manager by in their absence.
• Ensures the highest quality product reaches guests and meets specifications.
• Maintains productivity and quality standards.
• Leads service efficiency, sanitation and training.
• Assists in forecasting, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.
• Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest retention.
• Plans day-to-day venue operations to adhere to budget and standards.
• Oversees staff schedules and labor control.
• Supports performance reviews for staff and managers.
• Ensures inventory and ordering procedures meet par levels.
• Communicates effectively with staff and guests to maintain high satisfaction.
• Adheres to responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
