Job summary

IHOP Houston is seeking a Kitchen Manager to provide leadership at the restaurant level and oversee daily kitchen operations. You will guide the Heart of House team, model our standards, systems, and culture, and drive performance.

You will coach hourly staff, monitor food quality, manage line checks, and ensure sanitation compliance. The role emphasizes staff development, financial oversight, and maintaining current recipes and training materials.
