Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of kitchen management experience in casual dining and holds applicable alcohol/food certifications as required by the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Kitchen Management experience in a casual restaurant setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct back-of-house hourly staff and coordinate daily activities.
