Job summary

Casey’s in Kansas is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train, guide, and engage Team Members, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, and oversee prepared foods and dispensed beverages to maximize productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff and leading a team.
• Maintain food safety and 5S standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage inventory and support guest experience with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision of the Store Manager, manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
